My name is Hadley. I have a strong desire to organize ideas, visuals, objects, and my own life. During the Summer of 2017 I converted a Sprinter van into a tiny home on wheels and lived out of it for a year while exploring countless public lands, national parks and small towns across North America. Though every fibre of my being yearns for order and plans, confronting the unknown on a daily basis was a necessary and life-changing challenge. I can thank those travels for a lot of my work shared here.
Prior to life on the road, my professional and academic pursuits centered around poverty alleviation. Living in a van afforded me the chance to dive into nature photography, but I am always looking for ways to use my skills and passion for visual storytelling to elicit social and environmental change.
